Pay
Base/Incentive Pay
- Dawita offers competitive base pay to employees based on multiple factors including content, level of daily work, experience, and expertise. Our Compensation team ensures base pay within the organization remains competitive and in line with the market.
- We recognize employees for going above and beyond by offering multiple types of incentive pay including a Short-Term Incentive Plan, Excellence Awards and SPOT Awards which provide cash bonuses.
Paid Time-Off Program & Company Paid Holidays
- Constellis values work and life balance and encourages employees to take time off throughout the year. We offer paid time off to all eligible employees starting at 15-days per year and increases with tenure, with a generous year end carryover.
- In addition to PTO, Constellis observes 12 (twelve) holidays throughout the year.

Medical Insurance
Constellis offers multiple medical plan options to meet the specific needs of you and your family. There are PPO options and High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) options that allow for contributions to a Health Savings Account (HSA) available*. All medical plans offer coverage for preventative care services, doctor and hospitalization services, and prescription drug coverage.

Employee login – Transparency in Coverage (TiC) regulations require health insurers and group health plans to create machine readable files (MRFs) that contain the negotiated rates with in-network providers and allowed amounts derived from historical claims for out-of-network providers and make those files publicly available.
Dental & Vision Insurance
The dental plan provides coverage for routine exams and orthodontia for you and your dependents. The vision plan provides coverage for routine eye exams and materials.
Health & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts
Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) allow employees to contribute a portion of their regular earnings pre-taxed, up to the IRS limits. The Health Care FSA can be used to pay for eligible medical and dental related costs and the Dependent Care FSA can be used to pay for eligible child and elder care costs.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Available to all employees and their dependents. The EAP offers personalized free, confidential counseling over the phone or in person to meet your needs. Covered services include, but are not limited to marital and family conflicts, job related difficulties, stress, anxiety and depression.

Teamwork goes a long way and at Dawita. Employees have the opportunity to recognize colleagues by nominating them throughout the year for SPOT Awards. These awards are provided in the form of cash compensation and offered to employees who go above and beyond their usual job tasks and responsibilities by going the extra mile.
On an annual basis, Dawita recognizes employees who go above and beyond with the Employee Excellence Awards. These awards provide a cash reward of $5,000 and a recognition plaque.
Employee Referral Program
Great employees know great people! At Dawita, we offer a generous Employee Referral Program to attract, recruit and retain successful qualified talent to fill open full-time positions. Employees can receive up to $2,000 per employee referral.
Financial Planning
401(k) Retirement Plan
The 401(k) retirement plan is available to all non-collective bargaining agreement employees*. Employees are eligible to start contributing on their date of hire and may change their contributions at any time. There is a variety of investment options available to meet your specific needs as you plan for your future and financial freedom.

Life Insurance: Basic Life & Supplemental Life
Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance is an important benefit to protect you and your family in the event of death or serious injury. We offer basic and supplemental options for you, your spouse and your dependent children.
Short-Term & Long-Term Disability
Disability insurance protects your income in the event you are unable to work due to an illness or injury. Short-term disability provides 60% salary coverage, and long-term provides 40% with a buy-up option to 60%. The short and long-term disability options vary by contract.
